The residents at 239, 245 and 246 Walnut Street are dumping their branches and leaves at the deadend of Walnut Street in front of the metal fence by the highway ramp instead of bringing to compost or putting them in their own backyard. Now there is a huge pile of leaves and branches. It is really an eye sore and not fair to the other residents on the street.
