I don't know what the right code is but this house has had their car blocking the entire sidewalk for overab month I am not sure if the car is broken down but the car has not moved in almost 2 full months I havesbeen ladies in walkers have to walk through the street and seen multiple parents with children have to guide their small toddlers and their toys into the street to get around this car

The person who lives there is the HOA board member and I would prefer to have my identity hiddenunless it is required uulockintheicu
