Really Deb most people own their own homes, and i don't think its that bad as you say it is, i live next to a renter that has dogs and my windows are open cant smell a thing. And calling your neighbors slob is not the right approach to fixing a problem. You now complainers are usually the first in line to point fingers but last in line to help.
