trash is everywhere the home less are making a big mess all over the city

My father was a small business owner back in the 60s and he always had us kids out there picking up trash. If the city wants to attract quality businesses, how we look is a big factor. Drive through the mall and it's disgusting, too. I wouldn't open a business here if I had any sense.
