These pedestrian signals were not working properly when I checked them on Sept 13, 2012. The intersection has 8 pedestrian signals, one for each of the 8 possible ways for a pedestrian to cross (the 4 crosswalks can be walked in either direction). The signals for 5 of the 8 work just fine: I pressed the button and soon the orange hand changed to the white walk signal. However, for three locations, all crossing Waverly Oaks, I pressed the button and after waiting 5 minutes the orange hand was still the orange hand.
