Beating a dead horse here but Overlook is flooded and contractors, Amazon drivers and nearly everyone drives fast to get out or back in when tides are at their peak. Is it possible to close some roads, post signs or ticket people who fly thru SA during these times? I feel like putting my own barricades up if the city can’t stop it or fix it! It is heartbreaking to watch the water rise 3-4 ft extra as the cars fly by when some still have pods! Also, names of companies are on the vehicles- I urge you to call and alert the company owners - they should talk to their employees about how to respect and drive here! Certainly not good for business
