Description

After 2 weeks of no pickup, the driver picks up our recycling, with a garbage truck, not the recycling. Has difficulty grabbing the bins. Drops the Ryland bin from about 8 feet in the air. Then, after failing to grab the older Macon-Bibb bin, proceeds to attempt to dump it, fails, put is down slowly, picks it backs up, empties it and then literally, from the top of the hopper, drops it in my front yard. So after 2 weeks, and my neighbor's (who is a Police officer BTW) recycling is picked up as GARBAGE and our bins treated as such, literally thrown in our yards. This is unacceptable and deserves and explanation and apology. Additionally, another trash bin has been sitting for two weeks and still not picked up, even after that was allegedly resolved, it wasn't. Do we need to hire someoe else to do this, again?
