Sharraxaadda

Hedge at corner of Bliss Rd and Haskell, next to stop sign, is blocking sidewalk. Also hedge at corner of Bliss and Gibbs, next to stop sign heading toward Broadway, blocks sidewalk at eye level (it's OK at the sidewalk but sticks out into sidewalk as it gets higher). Very difficult in both cases for pedestrians (and also cars on Gibbs trying to see oncoming traffic on Bliss).
