Description
Unreturned security deposit to previous renter within the 30 days and did not pay for utilities after lease ended (previous tenants paid for utilities). Landlord sent email that they would send payment for the month they did not switch this over but did not do so. Harrasment to tenant, sent threatening letters by mail, late night calls and emails for no reason.
