I went and talked to the owners of the dogs. 5 dogs on property. All appear to be in good shape and have good body scores for their breeds. Water and doghouse in the back. They did not come out with a strong odor or feces smell. Talked to the owners about keeping them in cool dry areas. They stated they are either inside or outside in the backyard. I explained they cannot keep them in the attic or in places where its extreme temperature. They stated they do not.

I have dealt with this house about a year ago and have documentation on how the animals looked then as well. They have improved the living condition and the care for the animals.

I jus don't see how, when I seen the white pit bull, he was very skinny and I could see his ribs. The other dog that's in a kennel on the stairs all day long, and I know first a fact they leave two of the dogs up on the attic, and one time the dog had ate some Meth laying on the floor and got really high from it. They did nothing about it. The owner she does not leave access to water. Only when she gives it to them. I could go on and on but I guess there's nothing that can be done, and all 5 dogs will have to Suffer. None of them are fixed and theres one female dog!! Them people can barely take care of themselves let alone 5 dogs. I jus didn't understand people! Well thank you for checking.
