Description
Back entrance way is not a thru street, when the assisted living facility was opened back in early 2000's part of the Historic Uptown and City codes department was that a fence would be installed at rear entrance for safety of the ALF residents. This was never done but cinder blocks and plants were placed by the curbside instead. Now those plants have been moved and vehicles are driving thru this area. This is a dead end street, we don't need additional traffic on a residential area.

On June 29, 2021, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 60 into law, which no longer allows code enforcement officers to investigate anonymous complaints. All code enforcement reports must include the complainant’s personal information, including full name and address. Please resubmit your SeeClickFix and add your full name and address to the mandatory fields.
The new law states, “A person designated as a code inspector may not initiate an investigation of a potential violation of a duly enacted code or ordinance by way of an anonymous complaint. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or an ordinance must provide their full name and address to the governing body of the respective board of county commissioners before an investigation occurs.”
