Caller is stating that there is an ongoing road project at Silverbell just west of the address listed. The signs that are up are road closed signs. Once you get to the signs it's too late and you cannot do anything to correct the action. Caller states that the detour signs are scattered about and are not really accurate. It appears that they haven't kept up with the construction progress. Westmoreland is the best street for people to be diverted to as opposed to people using alley ways, parking lots to change direction. On Silverbell between Congress and St. Mary's Rd. Caller states that there is a flagger on site, but the flagger does not control the vehicles that are coming in/out from other areas away from the flagger and are going against the direction of the flagger.
