I so appreciate that someone from the city came to clean the old human waste from the stairs leading up from West Park to the 810 W Huron building! Unfortunately last night (April 15) a group of folks came to smoke and hang out on the stairs, and someone has once more pooped all over the stairs. This time it’s a bit closer to the bottom, and once more it poses a threat to the nearby water system, pets, and humans as human waste is a known biohazard and vector of disease. I’m sorry, I know no one wants to come pick up another adult’s poop. But I also really would like to be able to use the stairs down to the park alone and with my dog. Thanks!
