First of all they are STORM DRAINS and if your so concerned clean them yourself🤦‍♂️

I frequently rake over and pick up trash on top the storm drain at the corner of my house. It's not a big deal, and keeps the street from flooding.

Boo hoo Jabberwock, grow up its 2024 it wont kiII you to lift up a rake for 2 seconds and clear a grate because in the city your REQUIRED to clear the snow from sidewalks infront of your house.
