This property is vacant and owner needs to do a better job with maintaining it. I.E. the lawn and the litter. Additionally, the other owners on this street would like to know what owner plans to do with the property and when. This neighborhood is transitioning and there are two plenty of transients and homeless who take over abandoned properties.
