Description

There is a man-made shelter/tent with buckets, trash etc. put up in the branchs / weeds / brush in the woods that is located in the area where you enter 94 east from A2 Saline Road.
This is completely unacceptable and a huge eye sore. There are many shelters / areas where homeless people can live. This is not one of them.
