A high pitched frequency is playing constantly around this house and can be heard several houses down in all directions. Could possibly be for animals but is a nuisance for all human beings living around the street.

Thank you for reporting your service request to the City of Huntsville. Your issue has been handled and we are closing your request. The homeowner as utilizing an ultrasonic meter to keep mice/rodents from chewing on the wires of his vehicle. He did swap it over to another meter (battery powered in lieu of plug-in) that did not make the high frequency sound. As stated, the resident was older and could not personally hear that frequency.
