Good Morning. As part of our usual maintenance, signal technicians test that signal operates correctly when different equipment fails. This test can cause the signal to go into "flash" mode, where all the approaches lights are flashing red/yellow. After going into "flash" mode, the technician brought it out of "flash" mode and returned it to normal operations.
