Dangerous dog had attacked several dogs in the neighborhood today April 26/2024 attacked the dog across the st . Owner owns a puppy now and I’m very concerned about this dog safety. Owner doesn’t want to report the problem and offer money to the affected victims. The situation needs to be addressed at this point.
