Description

Neighbor at 3819 sw sena dr, Topeka 66604 has continued to play extremely loud music, screams & yells. This is a huge disturbance for my family and I to enjoy being in our backyard and disrupts my children's nap times. We ask the city of Topeka to please help to keep our neighbor hood quiet & neighbors respectful.
