didn't plan on reporting this one since the host presumably lives in a townhouse in south st pete, but then I received a bizarre message request last night so I might as well!

1017 3rd St N is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB, two listings one for the main house and one for the guesthouse. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as 0810 single family home, no special exemptions or classifications (NT-3).

The host is the owner, unclear why she uses a different name on her host profile than her social media. They purchased the property in December 2021, first review is from that same month.

Between the two links they have received 93 reviews since, including 11 so far this year and 39 during 2023, this exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.

Additional dates marked off on the reservation calendar and is still accepting 2 night minimum stays for both listings.
