Description
Several deadfall trees lingering on an abandoned lot hanging over the houses on the adjoining lots. Called owner of the lot and attempted to work out compromise, was told to sue. Contracted arborist to designate them problem trees and sent nuisance letter associated. Danger to public safety, the trees are angled to fall on two separate houses which are both inhabited.
