Trash and litter between the railroad tracks and Lehigh Ave on Aramingo. Teams cleanup under the tracks a lot, however, nothing beyond the tracks toward Lehigh Ave

This continues to be a problem. The city seems to have a monthly cleanup directly under the bridge, however there seems to be no effort to go beyond the bridge. A pair of jeans has been hanging on a fence for over a year just beyond the bridge. Within a few days of any cleanup effort, someone tosses trash bags out to be run-over by passing vehicles and then blown about.

I am looking at the tunnel or under the bridge on Tulip Street, between Lehigh and Somerset. Always bags of trash, and garbage everywhere. Also the grassy or weedy areas that are fenced in between Aramingo and Tulip are always strewn with trash. Is that mess ever cleaned up? Any suggestions as to what can be done?

Problem still exists. Taxpayers shouldn't have to live like this!

On Tulip, between Lehigh and Somerset, in that tunnel (under bridge) there is always trash, trash and more trash. People leave big trash bags, furniture, whatever they please there. It's disgusting. Also, on the Somerset st. side of that same train bridge (for lack of a better name), there continues to be plenty of trash up and down the street. Who wants to live around such a mess? It's horrible!

I don't want this to be cleaned up once, but on a continual basis. There is also a bus stop on the corner of Tulip and Somerset where people constantly leave trash. What happened to a trash can on a city block? What can be done to get this changed? Is there a neighborhood association that covers this area? I have not been here long, but this mess is really frustrating.

The issue of cleanup seems to be useless. When someone cleans the area, it is re-litterd within days.
