Light seems to be on a timer at all times. Should have an off peak setting that makes it turn more frequently for traffic on Cass/Nuccio. Also when coming south on Nuccio the signal heads for southbound on Nebraska are fully visible which could cause confusion at night as which way has the green or red light.
