May I ask what is to be done with this problem? Are area neighbors supposed to remove this garbage and not the city? Is blight only blight if it can be seen from the front. We can't "clean up a city" if we chose to only clear up what is blatantly seen. This only alerts others that they can illegally dump around a home because no one will pick it up unless it's in the front area. Somehow this makes no sense to me.....

Shouldn't Detroit Land Bank be responsible for removing the garbage? They own the property.
