Sharraxaadda

There is what appears to be a city traffic cone in the grass on Seaton. It has been there for weeks and this is totally unacceptable. There is often trash and debris left around this building and block, sometimes heaved over fences and into yards by city workers when others use the public trash cans to dump construction equipment. The city must stop treating neighborhoods outside of certain quadrants as if we don't pay taxes. When we lived on the Hill, this would've been picked up immediately. Come get your trash.
