The traffic light on Wapiti road at the south 40 shopping center (79th ave and 108st), by the mcdonalds and shoppers drug mart, the green light for traffic flowing north and south on wapiti only lasts for 24 seconds in the mornings for about a week now. This is causing major traffic backup. People can't get out of Mission and Pinnacle and go north, because traffic is backed up to the traffic lights leaving those neigborhoods.

A 24 second green light on a main road in the mornings during high traffic flow times doesn't work.
You can see what I mean if you check it out at around 7:45 am. This needs to be corrected.
