(posted on behalf of Assistant Chief Luke Williams, SPPD) Thank you for your e-mail, SeeClickFix # 1680620, dated May 31, 2015, regarding a vehicle parked in front of 2300 Calexico Way South with no license plate attached. The Mayor has asked that I respond to you directly in reference to this issue. An officer made contact with the owner and was advised that the vehicle would be moved into his driveway. The owner advised that he recently sold the vehicle and was waiting for the new owner to take custody. This issue should be resolved.

The Mayor has asked that I respond to you directly in reference to this issue. Officers went to this location with the Codes Department and met with the homeowner. The homeowner was educated on the issue and agreed to address both of your concerns. The vehicles were moved and are now parked legally. We will continue to monitor this location and take action as appropriate, if a violation is observed.
