This has been occurring for quite some time. If by chance you look behind the gate there's more blight that appears within the grounds of the property. The condo's have an association that's not being held accountable. There's also trash in front of the property that has been sitting there for at least three weeks. This is not a great sight to see for I too live on the street and have adopted the block in which you are referring too. It would be great if someone can be held accountable for the neglect that they are placing on the community as a whole which are effecting the people who reside and visit ANC 8D02.

I believe the tenants need to be informed of the bulk trash pick up laws/rules as to what can be placed and where, and when; for some reason folks think the trash truck supposed to take their bulk items as well.

The tenants and the Association president has already been informed.....

Why are all the pieces of concrete still beside the public trash cans on southern avenue, after being reported and acknowledged on 06/3/15? They pose a threat in that they can be used to assault someone, especially those waiting on the bus at the stop right beside the trash can

I totally agree with you George because this unacceptable for any resident to do. There need to be a better system of accountability. I too have complained to higher officials in regards to this same matter and the resident still places objects such out on District property which is left for days. Thanks for being part of the solution instead f the problem. Hopefully an inspector will come out an address the resident in regards to this concern we have.

iI don't know who doing it, or when, but my question is, after removing the bags of trash on 06/3/2015 why weren't the rocks removed as well? They were reported along with the bags.
