Agreed! Correct address is 4681 Ridgecliff.
On Monday 4/29/13, dog was left alone in home with windows open. Dog barked, bayed and howled non stop for nearly 1 hr.
Dog is often outside unchained.
Same issue with address 4673 Riidgecliff. They chain up their 3 large dogs most of the day and allow them to bark incessantly.
