I want to thank Matt from making this report. I made the same report 1 1/2 months ago and have not got an response. Elderly, children and disable can not walk on the sidewalk. I have seen people fall, trip and even got grocery cart stuck in broken concrete. This has been like this for years. The government has only come out to patch it up with asphalt, that does not work. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
