This is a horrible problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Children often play in this area and we are scared of what could happen. Given that the city knows of this problem we would hate for you to be part of them problem
We have been battling this problem for years down the street at 17th and Locust St. NE. Perhaps, if we combine our efforts the city might listen to us. Please send me an email with your contact information and we can discuss a plan of approach.

We need police presence and surveillance now, it has been some time since they have been in the neighborhood, it is a stop gap method, but it does work. Drivers are not even slowing down at the stop signs and it includes our neighbors.
Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. We will forward the details you have provided to the appropriate City department so that they may investigate and take any necessary action. We appreciate your help! Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center
