So sad to hear that. Unfortunately not only the water department would do this mess. They removed the house beside me and used the same dirt that would always be muddy when raining and dusty when windy and we should deal with the mud and breath the dust. I thought detroit is changing to the better but unfortunately it seems i'm mistaken and nothing good will happen to detroit.
