There is a curb and a ramp in front of this Yogurt Place - I have previously complained that the curb does not meet code and is extremely dangerous specially for older people coming out of the door. Owner is aware of the danger but yet he is not installing a railing but rather just painted the curb and puts his sign in front of it. I fell hitting the curb and I don't want this happening to someone else. Why can't the town deal with the building owner and get him to make the ramp comply with the code????
