Same address that DDOT and the police had to come out to get them to stop putting their construction dumpster in the alley off of Elliott st ne for blocking public space. Same developer that left the house with no roof for a month. Thus exposing each neighbors common wall to the elements, insects and rodents. Same developer that attached their own utility pole to another neighbors fence. Go check it out. This developer has no respect for the people who live near this house.
