Ir's traffic related but not sure of the category. On 23rd near Arctic, there is a "dead end" area that has two poles in the center, allegedly to keep people other than emergency vehicles from driving through. Both poles need to be replaced, including the fittings. One has been stolen altogether, and the other is trashed. People drive right over them and have almost hit people and have cussed at me and just been nasty when I ask them to please not drive through. Please help.
