You should have put a more direct call to action in your description. If people don't know to vote, they won't do it. Just a thought.

My work involves a lot of this... and you'd be surprised. Not many might know what the vote does or they've always been taught that you vote for something you like. It's more an issue with SCF that they haven't made it more clear about what the voting does. But thanks for pointing out the issue. Best of luck with it.

True. It does say now the chances of positive results come from voting. I never see many votes--more than 10-15. I think this site is great but it does seem that contacting 311 is most effective.
I am relieved and thankful for both since a few issues in my area have been resolved.

Folks- you can just report your issues via 311 or the 311 mobile app. No "voting" necessary. SeeClickFix is great for community building, but if you want issues addressed, just go right to the source.
