I have the same thing in the back of my alley 2 houses north with a hose running out to the alley 2 houses north of me...................there is always a huge stinky puddle..................is this legal?

It's behind 7513 Kentucky ave in the alley so the house would be on Maryland ave

You drive down that alley and you can see puddles of water on dry days and it's coming from the houses on the Maryland ave side.

Spoke to the resident here and we are working to find him a solution to the issues he has with his yard flooding. As for the one on Maryland it was investigated earlier this year and the resident purchased the house and the discharge was already buried. They are working towards removing it around the back yard landscaping and fountain.
