4/17/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with faded No Parking sign in the alley has been formally reported to Richmond Traffic Management so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Also in the meantime, as parked vehicles block the alley, the advisement is to contact the Police Communications at 646-5100 to have them dispatch and officer to ticket and tow. Parking and blocking access to an throughway is illegal and requires a report when the incident in happening. We appreciate your communications that help us to “Build A Better Richmond” together – rtt
