Description

After OPW cleaned and raised the sign it has been tagged for the 9th time. I am formally requesting OPW remove the sign permanently. It no longer serves the purpose for which it was intended. To the VANDAL who continues to hurt the citizens of Oakland; SHAME ON YOU!
