Tree was initially identified for pruning/removal 18 months ago. About a month ago a crew came and looked at the tree but nothing was done. Explanation given was that the tree needed to be "filled" because it was hollow. Tree has two clearly dead limbs that are in danger of falling and hitting buses waiting at the bus stop adjacent to the tree.
