Sharraxaadda

I see kids walking on Woodside all the time even though it said "no peds allowed" because form 5th ave to Chestnut there is no way for walkers to get across the railroad tracks.
We need a footpath or sidewalk on woodside, or foot bridge somewhere between 5th ave and Chestnut please!
