Description
The whole length of Governor's Dr/Hwy 431 between California St and Sutton Rd feels like a racetrack. Had to run out to Hampton Cove today around 2 pm, and everybody was speeding in both directions, and there was at least one vehicle both ways that was climbing the hill at about 65 or 70 mph!
