Excessive watering running backyard hose leaving it on overnight Thursday July 16, 2015. Excessive Watering front yard, trees and flowers on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
I have printed the laws for this neighbor and requested her following the laws of a stage 2 water shortage a well as let her know I had filed a complaint with this department. However nothing has changed or will unless a state fine is administered.
