The address on this is wrong it's 428 Beaver St.

Yeah, that's 428 Beaver St. It's always a hot mess & the landlord refuses to deal with the tenants.

The property is a continued issue. It's also a rental and not registered

The property is not registered as a rental either. The city needs to get on it

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on July 21st. The owner has seven days to comply and clean up the property. At the end of the seven days Code will reinspect and if not complied with the City will have their contractor do the work and bill the property owner. The owner was also sent a Failure to Register letter and the owner will have 30 days to comply.

Thank you for the response Ms. Wood. The failure to register letter was supposedly sent back in mid-April when this house was causing other, similar problems.

Finally this house has been red-tagged & the occupants relocated. They had a hose running from their sewage-filled basement into the river basin in the street for several weeks despite complaints from me & other locals. I called at least 4 times w/o response.
