Right in the middle of the favorite part of the Olympics (figure skating), our picture when buggy. Also, our DVR's remote doesn't have half the buttons working even though it's been dealt with carefully.

Maybe KTVB should try the" other "methods of transmitting their signal that the other stations use. It seems to work for them.

This is a constant problem, I have seen NBC sit for 2 days on the same screen without moving... therefore missing all programs, news, etc. And, when it was SUNNY out! I also have a problem with the signal going out periodically. It will happen 10-15 times in a 30 minute period for about 5 seconds at a time, very frustrating. When you call Cox about it, they tell you that if they send someone out and it isn't doing it then you have to pay... do you think I would waste my time on hold if there wasn't an issue? Get it together COX! Apparently the signal issue is common in my neighborhood, but they haven't bothered to fix it... or give me a discount!

If KTVB can't use the "other" method to transmit the signal to the Valley, then Cox should go to another market for these services. I'm happy to see someone start a movement to improve our service from Cox. We pay a lot for a little. Not only do we have frequent outages on KVTV, it happens on FOX and CBS as well. FOX and CBS, the most watched networks, are always dark and HD is not available. Come on Cox, lets bring our service up to the quality we expect.

I would like to have the intermittent NBC feed fixed! If KTVB is unreliable, then switch over to the feed from the Idaho Falls NBC affiliate...that's what the cable company in Blaine County used to do! If one went out, then they just sent someone to the office (or computer) and we received the feed from Eastern Idaho...send a message people! Call both Cox and KTVB when it goes out. Website has KTVB phone numbers...Direct and Dish are starting to look a whole lot more appealing...now I remember why I dumped the Cox internet and happy I didn't go to them for phone.

This service is expensive and we deserve to get what we are paying for. I refuse to call Cox one more time for service that we are paying for. I was told last Sunday that Cox would give me $.12 for the missed Olympics on Ch. 7. No, that is not a misprint. My next call will be to Direct TV.

And they want us to use them for phone service? Not in my life time.

The way I see it is we are CUSTOMERS paying for a SERVICE. They have responsibilities to make every effort to live up to that agreement. If they simply can't preform, then they need to cancel the programing and adjust their prices accordingly. We already have missing channels in the 2-19 line-up that we pay for. What is it going to take? Can we petition for another company to provide service here. There are plenty of options just south of here.

Here we go again! All day today Wed. Feb 24th - Nothing on any of the networks! Going on 5:30pm and only more excuses. We can complain on & on and if we don't pay our bill they just shut us off! We should shut COX OFF!

It isn't just KTVB that is out. Tuesday and Wednesday KMVT picture was frozen. I called Cox and was told I had a problem, they would schedule a service call. When I told him of the other service problems for KTVB, he had no clue, but would get back to me. I use Cox for only local channels because it is included in my homeowner dues, I pay for it whether I use it or not. I only watch 4 TV shows and the news on local. I have DISH and have had 2 problems in 10 years and both were an easy fix. Snow storms do not block satelite like cable wants you to believe. Cox needs to fix it or give us credit for lack of service.

Cable monopolies are terrible. Suggest filing FCC complaints too.
