Yes, there are signs of activity in this house, but it is very quiet over there.
No for sale sign out in front anymore. The lawn has not been mowed for more than a month. This property is owned by RockTop Partners. You can check out their website. They need to take responsibility for the property. I am sure they have the money, but will not do anything more than they are required to do.
I voted for it because, after checking it out, what the person says appears to be true. The weeds are tall, someone has been in the house, at least one window has been left open, and there is trash in the yard. I do not know the kids, but the rest is true. Why not vote for it? Let's pull together and get it cleaned up.
It does seem like someone could have called the police if the children were being threatened. However, it could be more than awkward to make a 911 call after your children come home and tell about a frightening person at an abandoned house. Many are very reluctant to call the police. We would need to know the circumstances.
Doesn't code compliance monitor this website? I hate how the trees from the yard are encroaching on Lawler Court. I complained about it here ( https://seeclickfix.com/issues/1470587-other ).
The issue is that this house is being left unoccupied and uncared for, but I suppose we must complain about the grass and other specific code violations if we are to get something done about it. Using this house as an example, I wonder how RockTop Partners expects to be "returning these assets to market with superior return potential."

If the yard shows growth over 8 inches get code compliance involved.
