i am a blind person and i need the sidewalks to get around . every day cars and trucks park on the sidewalk and i end up walking into them and if i end up trying to go around i almost get hit by passing cars. this has been going on long enough its an every day thing done by various people. i usually have my child with as well and this poses a threat to us and everyone else in the area who has to walk into traffic to get past the cars. please do something about the drunks parking on the sidewalk. thank you.
