Some people park their cars at the 2 corners of 23rd St and Iowa St (under the freeway). It is very dangerous for cars to turn the corners without a clear vision. It also blocks pedestrian's right of way to cross the street. The drivers are usually Caltrain riders and so it only happens in the weekdays. Please refer to MTA to paint red curb at the corners.
