Code Compliance stated this has been submitted to the City's contractor on August 12th and we should expect clean-up with a couple of days.

I appreciate you frustration with this matter and wish that it could be handled sooner. My goal has been to keep neighbors informed of the process. I will work with the City Attorney's office to see if we can shorten the time between letters and the ability for the City to clean up the site. Council has been pushing for the vacant positions within Code Compliance to be hired to make sure situation like this are handled in more timely manner.
